Lauren Bell is a professional New Zealand dancer, movement artist, and creative currently based in Sydney, Australia. Lauren trained from a young age in Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Tap, Ballet, and Commercial styles, leaving her known for her versatility and strong technical foundation. After graduating high school, she continued her training and development under Tiptronic Productions, Duality, and Red Studio before relocating to Sydney to complete her full-time training at HUBPRO.
Since graduating, Lauren’s recent achievements include performing in Sela Vai’s Humxn Program, performing with OtherWorld in their Site Works immersive experience, an improvised show exploring the relationship between movement and environment and being cast in the music video Something About It by Dizzy Days, choreographed by Laurinda Priddle in collaboration with Triple J and NIDA. Lauren’s dedication, creativity, adaptability, and dynamic stage presence have established her as an exciting emerging artist within the Australasian creative industry.
With authenticity, innovation, and fearless curiosity at the core of her practice, Lauren aspires to continue stepping into new creative spaces as both a performer and choreographer, constantly pushing the boundaries of her artistic voice.
