Millie Rowe is a 17-year-old dancer and emerging creative talent, known for her dynamic presence and powerful performance quality. Trained in all styles, with a strong foundation in hip hop, she currently dances with Identity Dance Company (IDCO) in Yung ID and IDCO, and has previously been part of Masque Dance Crew.

Millie is a World of Dance LA Junior Division gold medalist and has performed internationally, including guest appearances at WOD Finals and CityWalk at Universal Studios. She’s also earned gold with Yung ID and silver with IDCO at the World Dance Crew Championship Finals (WDCC), and has competed at HHI Worlds three times.

In addition to performing, Millie is a dance teacher at Stageworks Dance & Performing Arts, and the social media manager for IDCO, working closely with the company’s directors to build its creative brand. She has been mentored by Chevy Mikaere, contributing creatively to IDCO’s choreography throughout the year and assisting him in teaching.

Recognised for her star quality, leadership, and sharp ability to pick up and execute choreography quickly, she is constantly pushing herself inside and outside the studio.

Millie’s ultimate goal is to act on the big screen and build a career in the film industry. She leads with kindness, communicates with clarity, and brings creativity and determination to every opportunity.
