Alys is a versatile dancer with over a decade of training across multiple styles, including ballet, jazz, lyrical, and contemporary. In recent years, she has specialised in commercial and hip hop, bringing both technical precision and stage presence to her performances. Since 2018, Alys has been a member of a dance crew called Rebellious, representing New Zealand at major competitions such as Hip Hop International, where they qualified for the World Championships and proudly earned a bronze medal in 2021.

Beyond the competition stage, Alys has built experience in the screen and music industries, appearing as a featured dancer and extra on television shows such as One of Us Is Lying 2. She has also performed as a backup dancer at high-profile events, including supporting artist Chai at the Aotearoa Music Awards in 2025.

With her strong technical foundation, dynamic performance skills, and professional industry experience, Alys continues to grow as both a competitive and commercial dancer, ready to take on new opportunities in the entertainment world.
