Bridget Spencer is a whirlwind of movement and magnetic storytelling. Trained at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts and the Oxford School of Drama, she is a movement artist who brings a flair for narrative, a wealth of knowledge, and just the right amount of mischief to everything she does. Her extensive acting training deeply informs her work in dance for film, music videos, and stage, where she blends heels, jazz, improvisation, and experimental theatre through a story-first lens. Her work has appeared Off-Broadway, in Vogue Italia, and at major festivals including the New York Theatre Festival, Edinburgh Fringe, and Dubai Expo 2020.

Bridget works closely with actors as a movement director and animal movement coach, helping them unlock physical storytelling, instinct, and fully embodied performance.

Based in Auckland, her sell-out workshops help dancers unlock joy, confidence, and emotional connection - because being sexy in heels is great, but being alive in them is better.
