Bridget Spencer is a whirlwind of movement, mischief, and magnetic storytelling. A choreographer, performer, and teacher trained at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts and the Oxford School of Drama, she brings a flair for storytelling, a wealth of knowledge, and just the right amount of chaos to everything she does. Her work has appeared globally Off-Broadway, in Vogue Italia, and at major festivals including the New York Theatre Festival, Edinburgh Fringe, and Dubai Expo 2020. She also excels in creating dance for film and music videos, blending theatrical nuance with cinematic precision.

Based in Auckland, Bridget’s sell-out workshops help dancers rediscover joy, confidence, strength, and story through movement—because being sexy in heels is great, but being alive in them is better. She’s known for her uncanny ability to make dancers feel like actors, actors feel like dancers, and everyone a little more connected.
